PositiveVery nice facility!
I visited Chandler Park Assisted Living recently to visit one of the residents and I just say this is a beautiful facility ! Everything is so tastefully decorated and the grounds are so neatly kept. Very inviting atmosphere and the staff that I encountered were all so friendly . If I ever have to move into a facility I would want to be here!

They would all be 5 except the administrative responsiveness has been lacking. I'd rate it as a 3. It may be because the director is out on sick leave at the moment. Hopefully, it will improve.

She was a great resource in highlighting all of the services and amenities they could provide for my 82 YO mother. And Chandler Park is such a great facility! It’s now on our list of potentials for me and my husband!

Staff have been great to work with, overall they have assisted my mom with many daily tasks. Unfortunately when mom says she does not want to shower they don't push. They need to insist. Mom likes the food unfortunately she is not good at engaging in talk during dining which i hope good improve the longer she is there. She is also not proactive in participating in activities but I hope that will improve with time. Her room is the perfect size. [name removed] bigger and she would want to move around and she may fall…
