PositiveChapters is a great find, truly. The staff has been very good to deal with, very personable and responsive. There is a nice culture there, you can tell. Residents are in good shape and kept engaged with activities. Mom isn't super aware most of the time, but I know from talking to other residents that there are folks there engaging her and looking after her. She tells me that the food is really good. PositiveI think they deserve a five the staff has been fantastic of course you have to work together. Most people just put one person in assisted-living. I had to put two I've done everything on my end I can and they have done the same. Chapters living has been a very good place for my mother. I am sure it's been as much of a trying time for them as it has been for me, but they've always been good.

Cleanliness and condition of the facility is way above what I …

PositiveThere's always room for improvement. My mom has lost her sight and there are very few employees that help her out. Shout out to [names removed] for helping her without being asked. She is a difficult person. She has made friends there.
