Facility is great. It was a little slow at first to get things moving as they were changing directors at the same time we came in. They change staff often which is sad in memory care, because they like consistency. Team is helpful and friendly.

The staff are great including execs, people who answer questions, maintenance, etc. It was very clean. Great garage with extra space for storage. They have a size limit for dogs, maybe 15 - 20 Ibs. My dog is service dog so he was allowed though he's larger. Nice patios front & back. Some opportunities for improvement but nothing major...shelves over washer dryer for example.

CriticalPoor management and staffing
This has been the biggest mistake I have made moving in and trusting Charter Senior Living. We have lived at Charter for 14 months and looking to move this spring. We live in one of the cottages, and it's been nothing but problems on top of problems for 14 months. The management doesn't care and will straight out lie to you. We moved into a brand new unit and it took 3 months to work out all the problems with it. Just right before Christmas our neighbor flooded out our place with sewer water for the second time. Th…
