My experience with charter senior living facility

It's an excellent facility. Staff very professional and caring. Seems there is some sort of activity for everyone each week. Food is tasty and healthy and well prepared. Facility is always very clean. I feel very comfortable with my wife being there. I know she is being well cared for.

The staff is very friendly and kind to all that live there (and visit) . My mother has had some issues and always has help with patient and qualified nursing staff. My mother has now been a resident for a year and loves it. She is thriving with activities and has made friends her own age. She feels less isolated. Always someone near. The care given by the caregivers is above and beyond excellent. The facility treats patients as if they were relatives. They have activities keeping patients active. I am pleased and relieved having selected Charter for [name removed]I would rate overall facility as a "5". [name removed] is healthy and happy. Entire staff and caregivers are rated "5".

I love the “hands on” relationship with the staffers. [Name removed], is the Nursing dept, has been most helpful and supportive. I can’t say enough things about her. Always return runs my phone calls, answer questions and gives information that I’ve requested. [Name removed] in physical therapy, also has been quite helpful with my mother and keeping me informed with my Mother's well being.
