It's like living in a village with neighbors

I will recommend Chase Point highly for its integrity, warm and commited staff, who go beyond the bounds of caring for residents. But - if meals are important consideration, be advised - both administration and staff have no control over the quality or preparation of foods. At present [Date removed] meals range from very good to unanimously disappointing, with the latter being increasingly the case. Until this situation is remedied, a good part of what would make Chase Point special.

The Absolute Best

Chase Point, [name removed] and her staff are amazing. What a wonderful place for anyone with a parent who needs support and yet wants to be independent. We feel blessed that we were able to find a place for my father here.

Nice looking memory care, would not recommend the skilled nursing

We've had experience with a few different sections of Chase Point, some good and some bad. Their memory care unit, Riverside, seems to do a very nice job and I would rate them a 4 out 5. I was impressed by what I saw when I toured. They have some good activities programs for the memory care residents, and the place seemed well kept and clean. However, we also had a brief experience with their skilled nursing section, Cove's Edge, which I was much less impressed with, probably a 2 out of 5. The staff were friendly
