PositiveChateau Pacific
The apartment was quite large for a 1-bedroom. It had beautiful views of the Cascade Mountains to the east. It was airy and light, much better than most places we toured. The residents are amazingly friendly and welcoming. It really has a community feel to it. My mom had a high level of need from the care team. They were terrific and responsive. We felt she received excellent care. The communication with Admin staff was also really good. Overall, I would highly recommend Chateau Pacific.

My dad was a resident here for almost 6 years (2.5 in assisted living and the rest in memory care). I always felt he was taken well care of. The staff was easy to work with and they were concerned for me as well as my dad. I would recommend the facility to anyone.

The facility is very nice, clean and well organized. They seem to be very caring and focused on their residents. The move in process went well; they worked with us in getting things done. Food is good; shuttle is accommodating. Follow up was/is a bit of an issue but overall a great facility.
