Great place for my dad

My dad was a resident here for almost 6 years (2.5 in assisted living and the rest in memory care). I always felt he was taken well care of. The staff was easy to work with and they were concerned for me as well as my dad. I would recommend the facility to anyone.

I recently toured Chateau Pacific and honestly left feeling really good about the experience. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so kind, welcoming, and patient with us. They took the time to answer our questions and never made us feel rushed. The whole facility felt warm and well cared for, and the installation/details throughout were super clean and professionally done. Chateau is a good place.

The facility is very nice, clean and well organized. They seem to be very caring and focused on their residents. The move in process went well; they worked with us in getting things done. Food is good; shuttle is accommodating. Follow up was/is a bit of an issue but overall a great facility.

Overall would recommend

This is the best community I've ever been to. This community is warm and welcoming. The staff are amazing. The food is wonderful. It's clean and the price is way better than other facilities we toured for what you get.

Recommended:: I'd live there myself.

Very nice accommodations at Chateau Pacific, and I would recommend it to others in need of care. I'd live there myself! The staff did a great job for a very difficult resident.
