The rooms are nice but some need updating. My mom's was a newly renovated space and is very nice. Meals are an issue. Many times the clients wait in the dining room for 45 minutes after the meal time before they receive food. Also many instances of food orders being incorrect. The patient staff is great. Many long term staff members. They have also encouraged and helped my mom become more self sufficient while still providing her with needed assistance

CriticalBetter Communication Needed
We've had several issues getting my dad settled into the facility. There's a lack of communication and information. Issues getting Daddy's prescription refills. The food isn't very good and when Daddy orders off their "always available " menu, he never gets what he has ordered. He had an episode where a staff worker walked in on him while he was using the bathroom without knocking. It seems the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. The activity program is limited. Everyone is very nice, but we were…

PositiveWonderful staff and nice facility. The rooms are spacious and windows, shedding great sunlight in the hallways and in the rooms. The rooms are exceptionally nice with efficient, kitchens, and washer and dryers in each room. The dining area was nice and food selection good.
