★★★★★
Positive[name removed] provided a positive experience for my tour. She was gracious and shared an enthusiastic welcome for me. She explained all the information I needed and answered all my questions. The facility was clean and welcoming. She also provided follow-up contact. I appreciate her time and expertise.
★★★★★
CriticalSafe place, but lots of employee turnover. I would not recommend it. Since January, patients seem to be ignored by the activities coordinators and not given opportunity to go outside or do fun, engaging activities.
★★★★★
PositiveI came to cinco ranch to visit a loved one and enjoyed my visit. The staff was welcoming. The community was clean and the residents were happy and engaged. If you looking for memory care for your loved one I will recommend this community to anyone.
★★★★★
PositiveI recently toured this community and it was a lovely experience. [name removed], ED conducted the tour and was very knowledgeable. The healthcare team was very welcoming. I had the opportunity to speak with the head nurse Dominique West, RN who was knowledgeable over her department. I loved that my loved one would have 3 licensed nurses 7 days a week. Overall my experience on the tour has me deciding to move forward.
★★★★★
CriticalMy dad passed away. They kept him sedated the whole time. When he needed oxygen, they didn't have it available. They didn't communicate with me that he stopped eating. His hearing aids were missing for over a week. I truly feel that my dad being there led to an earlier demise .
★★★★★
PositiveAt Cinco Ranch, all caregivers treat each resident with dignity and respect, no matter where they are with their dementia. The care team displays such tenderness and compassion. They are truly wonderful.
