Cannot Be Happier

My mother-in-law has been a resident at the Cloisters for almost 6 years, she is 100 years old, walks with a walker, has severe memory deficits and needs assistance with all of her daily activities. The staff are well trained, all are very caring and patient and the Activity Staff are very creative with programming and keeping the residents engaged. I would highly recommend this facility to any family looking for a small home like place for their loved ones with memory impairments.

Good overall

I had good stay. They took good care of me while I healed up. The facility is beautiful and well maintained. Staff is courteous and responsive. Now I am able to return to work.

Cloisters BEST!

This is the third move for my Mom. I was hoping to keep her closer to PL. I visited Cloisters of the Valley 2-3 times before taking my mom there. The care there is outstanding! Everyone who walks with a cane, walker, wheelchair has an assistant by their side when going to the dining room & back. They are happy to help. The nurses are happy to assist & extreamly helpful. Impressive Community

My father is doing pretty well here at this community. Overall I'am pleased with all they have done for us. It is a pleasant community, with a good staff. There is always a nurse on site. It is a very beautiful community, everything is very nice and clean. The assisted director and some of the other staff members have been there for over 20 years, which is impressive. I would highly recommend for anyone to go check out this community.

Assisted living at its best.

Cloisters of the Valley is a beautiful facility with the most caring staff ever. My 94 year old mother just moved there and everyone is bending over backward to make sure she is comfortable and happy. The grounds are gorgeous, the interior is gorgeous and the meals are delicious. I recommend this place to everyone who needs a safe and comfortable place for a loved one.
