PositiveThe Cogir at the Narrows sits on a beautiful natural site with multiple trees and walkways to enjoy the property. The Independent Living is newly renovated and the Assisted Living is currently undergoing renovation. The inside of both sides are set up as comfortable with a relaxed residential homey feel.

PositiveIt looks nice inside, lots of amenities and seems active more like a resort in independent living section and the area is nicer than expected. So far not answering emailed questions so not sure if we want to come back in for more information. The price sheet that they give you is similar to other places, but the cost hikes based on levels of care are a little daunting. You can't really predict life expectancy vs money/ assets. Food is fine, all day dinning helps to be flexible but service can be slow sometimes. And run out of dinner rolls quickly at dinner time, which was a surprise. When we first moved in it was a Friday, the original sales was on vacation and no one acknowledged my father is moving in. No keys , no cable, no internet. Because it's the weekend we had to wait till the following Monday. No one knows how to help and I can hear the intercom is asking the front desk just send me away when asking for help. PositiveI toured with my dad and we both appreciated the residents when we walked in the door. We sat down and had a good conversation followed by a tour of the property. Loved the location, layout, and lunch was very good. Wish there was an option for laundry in unit, but not a deal breaker.
