★★★★★
PositiveThe care is excellent - the caregivers are helpful and friendly and having nurses available 24/7 is great. The dining room food is average but the availability of cook to order lunches and dinners is excellent. There are a lot of activities. The facility is clean. Her apartment has an efficient layout/size which makes it comfortable and perfectly adequate. Occasionally the front desk staff is not responsive to requests.

PositiveWhat we like the most about the community is the friendliness and welcoming environment! The only issue I had with the administrative staff is that they did not schedule a meeting with me to explain all the services. For example, the code to get in after 7 pm and where that back entrance is located. Or, can someone notify me when supplies are getting low? Things like that. The front lobby is very nice and provides an opportunity for people to gather and visit. The Bistro Cafe by the front lobby is super nice. They…

PositiveWe love the place and the caregivers but I have to seek out communication and my mother has been skipped or forgotten for transports and is not regularly taken out for smoke breaks. I would recommend. I would encourage family to visit regularly and ask questions. This is a big emotional and financial decision. The staff really are good. Some down sides include: the place is larger and can be a little confusing for a person with dementia, not quite ready for memory care. One month later my mom is doing well, has gai…

PositiveImpressed with the property and the tour guide was knowledgeable. The location is good being near the mall.
★★★★★
PositiveThe food is good, and there are several choices there. A bistro, a buffet, and a sit down main dining room. The people are very nice and they really take care of my mom. They do her laundry and clean her room, and are very good about her medications. And they do everything with a smile and kindness.
★★★★★
PositiveMost of the time my mom's needs were taken care of. The care of her room and laundry were at times not done. The nursing staff was wonderful. The biggest complaint I had was that they arranged for us to move in on a Saturday at 1PM but there was no orientation or anyone who came to the room to explain a lot of the details as a new resident. I was at the front desk quite often asking questions and the receptionists were wonderful and gracious.
