My father has been there for ten months now and has been extremely happy living at Cogir! He loves having all his meals taken care of and has friends and activities to keep him busy. The staff has been awesome too. I highly recommend Cogir of Manteca

PositiveThe place was very nice. The apartment that was coming available we weren’t able to see as the resident was still there. We wanted a studio apartment and we saw a one bedroom the only difference was that the one bedroom had a wall separating it from the living space so it was very large very nice. All the residents seemed happy. The only problem was the place had an odor they need airflow/freshener installed. When we got there it was a little chaotic a lot of people around the front desk. Awful place really awful. Do not recommend leaving your loved ones here. My father was a resident here for 4 months before I moved him somewhere else. Horrible parking for visiting guests. Unfriendly residents and the building inside smells like a litter box. The lady at the front desk is completely useless. She is sweet but quite literally knows nothing about anything. I am not sure if she pretends not to know so that she doesn’t have to do anything or if she just needs more training. Even simple questions, she sa…

PositiveWonderful welcoming experience
Very welcoming from the initial meeting / tour to the moving day. My dad is extremely happy living there! He has weekly housekeeping and there is a morning check in button in his bathroom that he pushes each morning notifying the front desk he is awake and well. His dining experience has been wonderful and he really we enjoys the food too. I definitely feel he is in a safe place.
