Care Types Offered Cogir of San Rafael Memory Care is a residential care facility for the elderly (RCFE), which in the state of California is a housing arrangement for persons 60 years or older where supervision and personal care is provided based on the needs of the residents. These facilities are also known as assisted living facilities and board and care facilities. A residential care facility may provide care for residents with dementia or Alzheimer’s. Cogir of San Rafael Memory Care also offers Master-Care - Master•Care is an Enhanced Care Management and Community Support provider in multiple California counties and is contracted with multiple Managed Care Plans.
