It will beat your expectations!

Today is my one year anniversary of living here and I am beyond happy with everything. The building itself is well kept, clean and ultra safe. The apartments are spacious. The staff is helpful and friendly. Everything is convenient. They host many community events and treat their tenant well. Overall, this is simply a great place to live!

Deceitful complex.

This place is not what it seems I inguires about out when it was first under construction . They said the owner wanted no pets in new section . The old section is protected by Hud so any pet owners are safe. Several months after my inguiry about new section , sandy cote called me to say owner decided to allow dogs under 20 ibs. , as I observed the had trouble renting place since it was still empty three months later. I moved in and realized after several months it was a mistake. There was no accommodations for walk…
