The staff is great and the food is improving. My room needs a little attention but overall it has been good experience. The physical therapy has been great.

CriticalOur only experience is in the memory care where they have too many patients and not enough staff. The money making system that's in place kept my mother-in-law on anorexic drugs that made her hungry long past the time when her 90 year old body was trying to shut down. They did that in order to keep her as a monthly income, even though it was against what was best for her. If it were not for Vitas hospice care pointing out the bed sores and open wounds, we would not have known. We brought her home from the institut…

CriticalThe facility is very nice but mom is not very happy there. She does not like the food at all and they must be short staffed because it takes usually 30-60 minutes for someone to come when she presses her call. It seems there is only one aide on duty at night for all four floors which is a question we never thought to ask about. So not super impressed with level of care.

PositiveTo my knowledge they are the only facility that has a Transitional care floor that was a memory care floor my father could stay with my mom

PositiveEverything is "5" we have been so blessed. Haven't found one employee that wasn't on their game. Yes, we would recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far
