They really understand the behaviors of those who have dementia and never make fun and works with the people. Also one can go get coffee, juice or water while visiting. Kinda they would at their own home. There is a TV and puzzles and stuffy, and baby dolls available. My only reason I said 4 compared to 5 is they could do a better job explaining what is expected from the family. The apartment size is great. The employees have been so kind and helpful. The facility smells like a home not an institution. Our family's experience has been great! It is such a hard decision to have your loved one move to assisted living. Choosing Colonial Court was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. From the moment we walked in, we felt the difference from the warmth and sincerity to the genuine sense of community. Colonial Court Review

Colonial Court is a very nice facility. It is bright and inviting and my mother feels very at ease there. The staff are incredible. I feel very comfortable with having her there. We got to meet the owner whom actually lives in Coeur d Alene!! It’s amazing how much better a facility is when the actual owner is involved vs just a management company.

My review of Colonial Court

This facility was wonderful. The staff was great. Cleanliness was good. It's a smaller facility, which was a great fit for my loved one and was what we were looking for. Communication with the family could have been better. We didn't have much experience with the activities, they were working on improving those. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.
