★★★★★
CriticalMy sister is in memory care. They does a good job of giving her medication, checking in on her and communicating with me. When I visit they seem attentive and always willing to help. They also provide support n suggestions on how to improve. The level of care is way better than we had at the previous place. The food is the biggest thing I really see in memory care
★★★★★
CriticalWhat they could improve on would be Communication to the residents and families, like when the dining room is closed and why. Need more parking for visitors or a way for visitors to enter in the back of the building where there is parking. Need a patient advocate to help residents coordinate with doctors and insurance referrals. I still haven't received a billing statement. Carpet is dingy & torn in halls. Drains in bathroom floors smell bad.
