great place for mom

My grandmother loves the food and she's getting to know the place wow the apartment is clean and they are very helpful. The size is perfect for her. And so far, we are loving everybody that works there.

Nice facility with helpful staff

My father-in-law recently moved into the Assisted Living Facility at Colonial Vista in Wenatchee. Our experience with the move was wonderful. The facility is vibrant, bright and clean. My father-in-law's apartment has been recently updated. The bathroom especially is great for his mobility issues. The maintenance guy has been very responsive to our minor repair requests and worked above and beyond to get my FIL's television working. Would not recommend

My mom was there 5 months she moved to [community name removed] in East Wenatchee it's a smaller cleaner facility when she got sick at colonial vista I asked them if they could provide her meals to go as she was Covid positive they said no and she was given no outside help [community name removed] is smaller and cleaner the units are really nice when she fell nursing staff evaluated and then had her sent to the hospital she broke a vertebrae they brought her meals and checked on her I really appreciate the kindnes…

Our Experience

My mom has been happy at Prestige Senior Living at Colonial Vista. Since she's been there, management has changed and there has been lots of staff turnover. Rent has increased, which has her a bit concerned as she does not have that much money to be there more than another 5 years. Prestige does not take Medicaid, so if she needs to have assisted living she will have to find another place. Which is too bad, as she has established with many friends. They took very good care of my husband while he was there

My husband could only stay there a few days because he needed more care than that. When I did learn in those few days was that they were very caring and very good at their jobs.
