Very satisfied with our choice, very respectful to my mom

For most categories, I would give a 5. We've been very impressed by the Coterie. For #5, I would give them a 4. There were a few snafus that they could have handled better. Our family's excellent experience with Coterie

The staff is excellent and provides outstanding care. The community also offers excellent amenities and a variety of things to do. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

Everything about the Coterie is tops. But so is the price

Everything is excellent but the rent is very high. My concern is that they raised the rent by 10% in [date removed] and will raise by another 10% in [date removed]. If I choose not to stay it will be entirely because that rate rise would not be sustainable over time. I am in my 70s and I could live another 20 years. Otherwise I love everything about it. but I recommend it highly for those who can afford it.
