For most categories, I would give a 5. We've been very impressed by the Coterie. For #5, I would give them a 4. There were a few snafus that they could have handled better. For #6, the food looks amazing, but we haven't tried it yet. I'll send you an update when we get there later today. The marketing director, [name removed], is amazing. PositiveEverything about the Coterie is tops. But so is the price
Everything is excellent but the rent is very high. My concern is that they raised the rent by 10% in [date removed] and will raise by another 10% in [date removed]. If I choose not to stay it will be entirely because that rate rise would not be sustainable over time. I am in my 70s and I could live another 20 years. Otherwise I love everything about it. but I recommend it highly for those who can afford it. The residents are warm and welcoming, the facilities are well appointed and the Coterie has a gracious staff …
