Community Amenities and Services Our dedicated staff is available around the clock to provide personalized care to your loved one at a moment’s notice with a multitude of services available, including medication management, incontinence care, and more. Staff members also receive specialized training to make sure your loved one receives care based on the most up-to-date knowledge and practices. Here, we’re big on lifelong learning, mental engagement, and independent success. PositiveMy mother is so comfortable and happy at Cottages Riverside. The facility is very clean, they keep the residents active and my mom loves the interaction with staff and residents. The staff is friendly and no matter when I come my mother looks happy and well cared for.

PositiveThe facility is always clean and never smells of cleaning materials. The residents are well cared for and seem to have good relationships with staff. I've been there for several meals and the food looks appetizing and residents seem to enjoy it. There is always some activity going on. My mom isn't very social but she enjoys being out with everyone else. It's a good value for the money.

PositiveI feel there could be more outings offered, but overall the staff is amazing. The community is made up of separate cottages, which helps it feel more like a neighborhood than a nursing home. They also do great family events, which we really appreciate. My dad really likes it there!

PositiveThe tour was very helpful in making this decision. The staff seem to really care and still be professional. I like the smaller setting of dining together, so it’s not overwhelming. It was quiet, peaceful. The residents I passed by all seem very content. No yucky smells, everything was clean. Food smelled good. The courtyard very pleasant. The staff seem very personal and down to earth.
