CriticalI believe that it is not managed very well at all. It took three months for them to get my correct address in their system to send the bill to me… It took almost a month for me to get them to put her name on her mailbox so she could start getting mail… I was told a physical therapist would visit her the day after she moved in, it took me several phone calls and a visit to their physical therapy office to finally try to schedule something with them… I was given a phone number to text if I had any questions for nurse…

PositiveThe staff is very friendly. My parents for the most part like it there. There are times when they are short staffed. The food is something they occasionally complain about. If I had one complaint it would be about their plumbing. They have ongoing issues with that

PositiveI would give each of these categories a 5 with the exception of cleanliness- I would give that a 4. The hallway is sometimes dirty and it could use some upgrades in the appearance. The staff is incredible though. They are responsive and helpful and truly care about the residents.
