Staff is friendly. I just think they need to do a better job with my dads room and cleanliness. My dad refuses to pick up after himself, but for the price i pay they need to work with him and reward him for cleaning.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Answers any questions we have or finds the answers for us. Food is very good. Liked the activity we attended with Elvis impersonator. Believe the care is excellent. Good value for the money. Would recommend Cottonwood to others.

PositiveOur mother
Our mother lived at Cottonwood for 14 years. The staff, [name removed], [name removed] and others were very caring and did there best to keep her comfortable and keep us informed about her condition. Mom always partipated in, and enjoyed, the variety of activities that were available. During her later time there, she needed more assistance and St Croix Hospice aided in her care giving , also doing an excellent job. She moved to another facility later in her life when she required 24/7 care.

It's a smaller, approx. 40 bed, facility. Has a homey feeling guaranteed compared to other facilities. 3 different styles of rooms to choose. Love the front porch and courtyard with the possibility of having a dog.

Everyone I have come in contact with are very nice, and supportive. The facility is clean, and the resident have choices when it comes to the meals that they eat. I recommend it to anyone who needs a place for loved ones to be cared for.

It was more homey than [community name removed]. There were a couple of ladies there who tried to make friends with mom, that was nice. I am not sure we would recommend this community to others, it would maybe depend on the health of the person going in and if that person would be willing to participate in the activities Then it would be an okay place to stay better than [community name removed]but not as nice as [community name removed].
