Went in twice I go in staff has been short snippy and rude. No knowledge of anything and everyone always seems to be gone sales was pushy and rude just wasn’t home for me our tour was sad didn’t know a lot of answers to our questions seemed sloppy

We understand they were in the middle of a remodel. However, the tour lasted all of maybe 25 mins. from the time we were introduced to the time we walked out the door. My father and I were left feeling like we were quickly herded through and rushed out. There was no report building, getting any background information to get a better picture of who my dad was. Christmas visitor

Visited my sister, [name removed] while I was in Indy for Christmas. We had a very god visit. I was glad to see the remodeling work in the hallways. Painted the walls and doors. This will “brighten” things up as it was getting a little dingy. One concern I have is the front door wasn’t secured with our coming & going. I have noticed this before & have discussed it with [name removed] other siblings who live in Indy. I think there should be better security at the front door to better protect the residents. Thank …

Exceeds expectations

Very welcoming and friendly community atmosphere. Restaurant style dining is amazing and the food is great quality. Very accommodating staff. They truly care and want to help.

Best place I have ever moved into

The staff here is always helpful. I would recommend this place to anybody who wants to move in here. Even the head staff are so friendly to me, I’m not used to that! I love it here. I love having my independence and being able to attend activities and have fun with other residents and staff!

Very comfortable place for mom

Extremely courteous, helpful staff. Food is somewhat hit-or-miss. Plenty of varied activities. Nice path around the complex, with a lake and gazebo. Every apartment has an interior doorway into the hallway, AND an external door to a patio (often shared). Pets are accepted, as are Medicaid Waivers. Also offers parking for residents that can still drive.
