She’s kind, caring, knowledgeable and has been going out of her way to help me. Country Crest should feel very lucky to have such an amazing employee.

PositiveExcellent service and fantastic staff
When we decided to find a home for my mother-in-law we looked at several places in Oroville. We settled on Pacifica Senior Care Country Crest because it has all requirements needed for mom. The facility is very nice and the staff is fantastic. They treat her like family. It is just wonderful. After getting used to the routine my mother-in-law is just fine. Her dementia is progressing and the staff adjusted to her needs. We are very satisfied with everything.

If you have dementia they will keep medicating you until you are a zombie and just stay quiet. They are too understaffed to help anyone. I would NOT recommend them at all.

Extremely friendly and helpful from the first phone call to our many visits before signing contract. [name removed] and [name removed] really helped in assisting us through the entire move in process. The “restaurant style” cafeteria is a plus with many food options available.
