I could never in good consciousness recommend this facility to anyone even my worst enemy.

They lie, and don't follow thru. They'll make deals to pay less to get you to take your love ones there and if they know things are getting bad at home they bombard you with phone calls. But they don't carry thru with their financial deals, charge you more and never seem to refund the money no matter how many pple you talk to. And when your spouse is known to walk away from home day or night you sure as he'll don't give him the keys to the lock down facility. Staff wouldn't relay important messages to your love one…

Family friendly environment!

They were wonderful and walked me through every step. Everything seems clean and smells fresh. The staff is very friendly and greets me every time I come in with a smile. I feel like my family member is being taken care of well. Could use a few more staff members. My opinion. Meals always look good. Always have some activities going on from Bingo to bands. I feel the price is high. But sure they have a big over head so have to charge a lot .

Great experience

Our Dad is no longer there. We moved him to California where we live. However great experience there and wonderful staff at Country Meadows. I would recommend. The only reason I gave it a 4 is it's a locked unit. Depending on what you're looking for a locked unit can feel confining. However if you have someone you're concerned about with wandering or you are concerned about protecting the elderly from certain visitors then the locked facility is great and I would say a 5. When we were there they had a RN on staff …

Our Experience

My loved one is a resident at Country Meadow Place. There is no follow through by the upper staff. The nurse, [name removed], was excellent and followed through with everything she said she would do. The others never gave me a new correct contract and they are still over changing the amount that they said they would charge and I don't see where the initial over payment was paid back. I will be pulling my loved one out of the facility.

Not recommended

If I could rate this facility at a zero, I would. I overheard the staff making fun of one of the residents. The food, well I witnessed them feeding the staff and then they ran out of food and all of the residents weren't even fed yet. So, would I recommend this place? Absolutely not! My suggestion for others is to not take any valuables. Mom's wedding ring is missing, as well as cash out of dad's wallet.
