PositiveIt is a very welcoming environment. The staff is friendly and approachable. The food is subpar most days. In fact, my mother rarely eats an evening meal because of the poor quality- especially on weekends. Many of the residents has memory issues and mom said the activities are geared more toward those type of residents. They never plan for outings for those residents that are able to participate .

PositiveCleanliness of the facility is a 3 and we are including quality of monthly cleaning service it would be lower. Food quality could use some work. There is only social hour 2x a week for 1 hour and nothing offered the rest of the time. With little consideration for adding more. They don't like to leave the community center open because other people who don't live there are using and destroying it.

PositiveMy mom has been at this facility now for about 3 months. She was really struggling with her mobility when she first arrived. Currently, she and her friends walk the property about 4 times per day, and no longer needs her cane. In fact, she is now known as the twirling lady, as she twirls her cane when they walk. The staff is attentive and friendly. She is truly thriving, and we are so thankful for the staff!

PositiveMy sister loved living there. She socialized with the other residents and she really liked her apartment. She didn't care much for the "bland" meals but she moved up here from Texas!! The employees were very friendly. Her apartment didn't seem to get much cleaning-the floors were usually dusty and dirty. My sister received good care until the last week she lived there. We found out that she fell once and had a bruised eye. We were not called. Then she fell, possibly the next day, and laid there for about 12 hours. …
