I was happy with respite care provided for my mother. Staff members we so helpful with preparation. We were contacted with any questions and I was able to talk to staff who helped with problem's while I was away. Enjoyed the cheerful, helpful staff, I will be in contact with them again when the need arises.

[names removed], the new owners, are amazing. When they knew something was wrong they came and fixed it! Listened with no judgement, no repercussions,they didnt discredit our feelings. It's a much happier environment for EVERYONE. I like to think residents get the best of the best. The only way to know is to come on in and see for yourself. Countryside Muskogee is giving my dad excellent care in every way. Director [name removed] and head of nursing [name removed] are completely hands on with all of the residents and always available for concerns and questions from family. Every med tech and CNA goes above and beyond to make sure residents are comfortable, safe, and well cared for. I have been in and out of Azalea Gardens for the past couple of years and have always had a great experience. I have always witnessed the staff going above and beyond for their residents. They keep the residents clean and well presentable. I’m unsure of the new director but the girl who was running it for a couple months always went above and beyond. We are no longer there as of earlier this year, but the biggest thing that bothers me about ANY facility like Azalea Gardens is the smell. I understand it is most difficult to stay on top of but it was really overpowering at times.
