Staff nice, taking good care of mom. Activities could be better and more frequent. They often have to be cancelled on Monday and Wednesday because the Activities person has to drive the van to take residents to doctor appointments.

My dad was at Countryside for four days. I had to go out of town and couldn't leave him home alone. He had a catheter and pull-ups. When I dropped him off and I left snacks and clothes for about a week. When I picked him up four days later, all the snacks were gone, he never changed clothes the whole time. His bed was soaked and pee. His floor was filthy. But he had had physical therapy, which was a strong plus. I found it to be comfortable. Activities were provided. The home is being upgraded and looking very inviting. My room was very large with a kitchenette and bathroom. House keeping comes weekly. Both shifts put residents on the top of their to do list. They are always available to make your stay a pleasant one. Sometimes Fresh vegetables...fabulous! PositivePeace of mind
Our loved one has been very happy here. She was very happy, they asked her what she wanted and cooked her a birthday meal. I do know they are trying their hardest with everything that is going on with activities and things like that. We are very comfortable with her being here and is getting the care that we are paying for, we do not have to worry. Overall, they have been very good with communication and I would recommend to others looking.
