The staff are friendly and professional. The nursing staff is competent and well-organized. The care frequency is wonderful and the caregivers really try their best to engage the residents. With mom's mobility issues, some of the facilities we looked at had rooms, at the time we were looking, that were too far distant. This facility came closest to meeting her needs. We particularly liked the layout of this place. They have issues, like many businesses - in maintaining staffing levels, as well as quality of the staff. The major complaint here seems to be food quality.

A good fit, highly recommend

We chose Randall Residence because it was suggested to me by someone who had their loved one in there and they had a good experience. It also met all of his needs and has continued to so. The staff are very friendly and helpful and never make you feel like you are in the way. They are so easy to work with. I would recommend to others looking.

Good Place

It's a good value. They're treating us really good, and I feel like we got a good deal. You get what you pay for. I like that it's close to home and in our budget. The staff have always been helpful for the most part.

I would recommend

We chose Randall Residence because they allowed smoking and the location of the facility. The room sizes are very good. He does not like the food, he said that the taste is not good at all but I have never had it. I would recommend to others looking.

It's been a slow transition for my Dad

The staff here have been very sweet and they have been working with my dad on his transition here. My dad is blind and a fall risk so they make sure that they are aware of what he is doing and if he needs help. This is a smaller community which is nice. My dad enjoys going to the dining area and says the food is great. I would definitely recommend this community.
