Cross Creek Country Club Amenities At the heart of Cross Creek Country Club, residents can come together to enjoy the amenities in the spacious clubhouse. This welcoming facility features a restaurant and bar, snack bar, and a stage and ballroom for local activities. Residents can join a variety of events in the multi-purpose room, enjoy a game of cards, or read a book in the library. Residents also have access to locker rooms, and a pro shop invite you to make the most of your country club lifestyle. Outside of the clubhouse residents enjoy the heated pool and spa. The manicured grounds provide active recreations with a gazebo, three tennis courts and lawn bowling. Cross Creek Golf and Country Club features a semi-private course designed by Arthur Hills. This beautifully designed course features 3,410 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 60. There are golf practice facilities as well as a putting green to help players sharpen their skills. Cross Creek Country Club Homes & Real Estate U.S. Homes began building Cross Creek Golf and Country Club in 1985, which now contains 905 homes. There are 18 subdivisions consisting of two and three-story condominiums, attached villas and verandas as well as single-family homes. Two and three-story condominium buildings offer a wide variety of floor plans that range from 863 to 1,307 square feet. These condos are designed with two bedrooms, one or two bathrooms and one covered outdoor parking spot. Some models also come with a den. The attached villas are an additional affordable home that is offered in the community. They range from 1,142 to 1,300 square feet and include two bedrooms, two bathrooms and one-car garages. Some floor plans offer a den and lanais as well. Although the majority of Cross Creek Golf and Country Club is not age restricted, Villas Village 1 is a 55+ subdivision. For residents who are looking for ranch-style homes, the single-family homes are the perfect option. There are five different floor plans to choose from that range from 1,290 to 1,769 square feet. These homes include two bedrooms, two or two-and-a-half bathrooms and attached two-car garages. There are many associations within Cross Creek. The main Community Association as well as the individual condominium associations handle various aspects of the neighborhoods. With one of the most reasonably priced homeowners' association (HOA) fees in the area, residents pay a quarterly fee. The Community Association is responsible for operating and maintaining all the common elements such as the golf course, clubhouse, lakes, and major roads. The 18-condominium association fee grants membership privileges to use the clubhouse, golf course, and other recreational facilities.
