PositiveOur families experience
All are the highest score except for I had food before. That was over the top dry. They could probably do better on that. [name removed] and her staff provide excellent care. Very responsive and thorough. Physical Therapy is very helpful to keep my mother strong. In house hair salon is very helpful. Staff is friendly. The apartment size is good size and very nice. The service in the dining area can be slow to take orders. Also food is sometimes a bit overcooked. Overall great place though.

I recently visited a resident and had lunch. We sat at our table at 11:30 with about 6 tables occupied and waiting on service. It was at least 45 minutes before anyone came out of the kitchen to wait on us. One person finally came out, waited on one table and returned to the kitchen without acknowledging any of us waiting. We placed a breakfast order when a different waiter came out and waited on all of the tables. and it took another 30-40 minutes. The food was marginal at best. It took us two hours to finish the …
