PositiveThe areas rated "4"are primarily related to my mother’s personal challenges with significant hearing loss and partial blindness, which make some aspects of daily life more difficult for her. I personally visit two to three times per week, which helps me stay closely aware of her experience. Quality of Care - Because many caregivers look similar to her and some have heavier accents, my mother sometimes struggles to understand who is speaking with her. PositiveI'd give them all a 5. They were excellent. Took really good care of our mom. They were all very kind, loving and caring!

PositiveThis facility is affiliated with a church next door and is run by a Christian staff who appear to live by the tenets of their faith. This for us was a big plus. Also it is a relatively small facility and I believe that our loved one received closer attention that she would have in one of the larger facilities.

PositiveI really liked that it’s faith-based and a non-profit. The staff are very friendly and have been there long term, so there isn’t a lot of turnover. They check on my mom multiple times during the day and night (even though she sometimes is annoyed). :) It’s also a smaller facility, which feels more personal. They offer different levels of care and do regular evaluations, and if someone improves, they can move back to a lower level of care.

PositiveJust a great place to live!!! I always enjoy talking to the front desk staff! Everyone does an exceptional job! Excellent food, good sleep conditions, nice and quiet atmosphere, singing and we love the prayers.

PositiveWe have been very pleased with the care my father is receiving at Dayspring. The staff are very warm and caring , and many people have worked there for years. They treat the residents like they are family. The facility is clean and updated. They offer many fun activities like daily exercise, daily devotional, hymn sing alongs and ice cream socials. He is very happy there!
