Deer Park Assisted Living, it’s not about age. It’s about life. We are a senior living community offering assisted living and memory care with personalized care and support. Nestled on more than three lush acres of a quiet residential area, our community is just a short drive from downtown Cincinnati and the neighboring communities of Milford and Fairfield. You’ll be close to a variety of shops, restaurants, and all the cultural attractions of Cincinnati like the Zoo and Botanical Garden, Newport Aquarium, and the Cincinnati Museum Center.

It's a beautiful facility, currently being remodeled by the newest owner. The people have been kind and helpful thus far, especially the executive director. The food is good and seems to be plentiful. My biggest concerns are the number of times the property has changed hands, 4 that I can count in recent years. And I'd like to see more effort to clean up and beautify the entrances and gardens, most especially the west entrance. But my sister-in-law has been incredibly happy here, the first time I've seen her so car…

I searched for a long time and was so grateful when your company recommended this facility. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. When I started talking to Shaunna, the director, I was immediately impressed that she knew every resident by name and even how old they were. The staff was just as wonderful — warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. I truly can’t say enough good things about this place. It felt like a home away from home for my mom. Terrible experience

The admin did not tell the staff that my dad has dementia so the staff was rude and pushy with my dad and called us, and made my dad call us to complain abt him. We put my dad there so we could go out of town but I had to leave early and drive thru the night to come intervene and talk to the staff. The nurse did not give him his medication as prescribed and then admitted to using his diabetes supplies on other patients. Then... When we tried to pick up his medications they did not give them all to us, and swore …
