★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is very helpful to any questions you have and the care and patience they have towards the residents there are amazing, my family and I have been very pleased with this beautiful community and to know that my mom is always in good hands
★★★★★
PositiveThey were very informative and willing to work with us on money issues and making us feel very comfortable that they would be taking gentle care of our loved one.

Critical[name removed] the admin/director is amazing. She was wonderful and always reachable, professional and willing to work with families. One big negative, they don't do the best job cleaning the rooms, and they never clean the carpet. My mother's room smelled like urine. Improvements: they need to asses patients accurately. Rent amounts are based on patient levels of care, and the level they put my Mom at and the care they supposedly gi…

I had worried about the "fit" for mom since memory issues were not our biggest concern at the beginning . But we both grew to love the residents and staff. The building is very nice and very clean. Mom's room is generously sized and fits a bed, lounge chair, dresser, wardrobe, and two night stands. The staff seems to genuinely care for all the residents and work hard to create a homey atmosphere. The food is also v…
