Staff members were great - very helpful and supportive. Food Service staff so nice. Knew parents by name and what they wanted to drink before they even sat down for a meal. Housekeeping and support staff were very good. The only reason why my parents left the facility was because of the cold weather in that part of the country. The food was delicious. I ate there several times myself.

Staff is friendly, kind, and helpful. All staff knew my mom's name and would greet her by name in the hallway, at meals, activities. Lots of different activities throughout the week. My mom enjoyed the manicures, ice cream, different exercise groups and the music events. They also have a hair salon. Mom could get her hair washed and styled $[removed] then if she wanted a hair cut $[removed] very reasonable prices!! The wait staff in the dining room are also very personable.
