The staff was fantastic unfortunately I was in the transition. Where they were being bought by a different company and the staff is moving to a different location in Verona so we had new personnel and a lot of confusion. I didn't have insurance so I was a private pay for my mother and I was at the highest level tier 5, and when the new staff took over they increased my room charges, even though I was locked in supposedly without an increase, which was disappointing, but I don't blame the staff. Corporate management raised pricing on me months after everything was locked in, signed and sealed because they made a mistake which I didn’t feel I should have to pay for but I was put in a difficult position with the no option scenario.
