The manager was very welcoming and provided all the essential information. The activity director seemed to have many colorful projects ongoing with the residents in the large activity room which features many windows to a wooded backyard. There was a fenced in backyard space where the residents could walk the width of the building and watch the bird-feeders and the salt lick for the deer in the woods beyond. I would recommend this facility to everyone. I always found that the staff took such good care of my dad while he was there. They all were compassionate and took the time to get to know him. Family-like residence with devoted staff well-trained in dimensions care

My family member has lived in this homey memory care residence for more than six years now. (Originally run by [community removed], it has been operated by Dimensions Living for almost ten months.) The staff, some of whom have worked here for years, are patient, kind, and compassionate. They are well trained in caring for people with a broad range of dementia issues. Care and quality on a decline

At first was a fantastic place. Last few years decline in quality of care, staff are no longer friendly they complain and are annoyed by residents. The meals are not appealing or nutritious. The pictures of the house are deceiving, looks beautiful but is a dump. Rooms are not cleaned. Including the ceiling in an office that literally looks like will fall down any minute.

The Administrator was flighty and rude. Constantly talked about her problems. Care staff was patient with dads behaviors and very caring. Dad was there for about a week and a half when he was hospitalized for behaviors. The Administrator told us they would not take him back. He was positive for COVID and pneumonia. They wouldn't even consider reassessing after he felt better and possibly cleared a little. He ended up going home from the hospital on hospice.
