The staff is caring and accommodating. Clean. Mom loves it, so that's really all that matters. I would 1000% recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one. The intake director really made us feel comfortable and really hammered on about how much they were looking forward to her staying there. We felt like more than customers.

PositiveVery clean, bright and inviting. The staff was friendly, and the tour guide answered all of our concerns. The only reason we did not take the open vacancy was the patient requires daily dose of insulin and they do not have a nurse on staff to administer it. I was disappointed because I did get a good "feel" about the facility.
