PositiveFriendly staff and a caring environment
I am a volunteer supporting the patient and her family. I do not know what they pay so cannot answer #8. My experience with the other categories is limited but I was impressed by the kindness and attention I have witnessed from staff to patients. Yes, I would recommend Bungeness Courte Memory Care to other families based on the experience.

It's been great for her. The care facility is very clean. All the staff is extremely friendly and helpful at all times. Mom always has her hair combed, earring and necklaces that match her outfits which really shows they care about the people they're taking care of. I highly recommend Dungeness Courte

While Dungeness Courte is the best memory care facility in Sequim, it leaves much to be desired. My family observed several incidents that compromised the safety, health, and dignity of my mom and other residents. We brought our complaints formally to local management twice, and after much head nodding and soothing assurances, conditions would improve temporarily however mom's care soon fell into the same negligent patterns.
