Eagleview Landing

This was a return visit. We had already been given a price that was supposed to be 'locked in' for a year. When we got there, the person we had met on the first visit was no longer there, but the new person said they would honor all pricing we received. Two days later we were told they would not honor any of the pricing and the new cost was approximately [removed] more per year. On top of that, they sent an e-mail that said we had to decide by the end of the day, or we would lose the room we had looked at. No retur…

The pricing you received was last year's rate, which would have locked in for 2026 if a decision had been made at that time. Since it wasn't, the quote was no longer valid when you returned. We're sorry that wasn't communicated clearly, and we're working to make sure that doesn't happen again. We kept your information on file because we saw your genuine interest, but with availability moving fast, we moved forward with another family who was ready to commit. A wonderful time with great food

I attended breakfast with Santa this past Saturday with my mother who is a resident in Exton([removed name]), and my 2 year old granddaughter. We had a great time with Santa and the Chef [removed name] presented a wonderful breakfast buffet.

Eagleview Landing Experience

I would give them a 5 in how well they are accommodating my mom and how much they are trying. The place is beautiful. The executive director is extremely accessible and helpful. The marketing rep helped get her in quickly which no other facility we looked at was able to do in that short amount of time. The new memory care director is also accommodating but still TBD because I don't know her well yet. My mother loves the food the chef prepares.

Overall a nice community for your family member and a place I would recommend.

We had a good experience at eagle view, but my dad passed away in [date removed]. They were very compassionate about it. I know some folks had issues but I did not really experience that. Only a couple of care givers were an issue for my dad. The main housekeeper left about 2 months after he got there. The team seemed to be always behind after that. Staff was always great. The director of med care seemed to be rotating position. We experienced 3 while there. He never had a full mem care program assigned. But staff …

Lovely retirement home, great staff!

We recently moved my grandmother to Eagleview Landing. Since she’s moved in the staff have been warm and welcoming. Everyone has helped her adjust to the new environment, which is very challenging for someone with advancing dementia. The communication and approach of connecting and redirecting for my grandma have exceeded my expectations. I feel confident that she is well cared for. The accommodations are very nice. She has a large living space, beautiful grounds, and only a block and a half from the Eagleview town…

Fresh breath of air!

We recently moved my mother to Eagleview from another local assisted living facility and the change has been immediately positive. From the time you enter you can feel the warmth and care that the place exudes. The rooms are so spacious, updated, bright and clean. The staff has been amazing. My whole family has been impressed with them. The activities are fun and mom actually joins in here unlike her last place. The food is good and seems to keep her happy.
