Mom is Happy

My mom has been at Eden Heights of Olean for over a year.Whenever I come to visit, she is always clean and dry. I have to go looking for her because she's never in her room. She spends a lot of time with her friends doing all kinds of activities. When I was looking for a place for my mom I looked at another fancy place, but I didn't like it. The staff in the head office was wonderful, even though they have nursing staff you need to keep an eye on things and make sure your visiting and double-check with the staff and make sure everything is ok. I would recommend this community to others.

All employees are friendly and polite, respond promptly to requests. Environments are kept spic and span. Meals are well balanced and delicious. I feel very lucky to be able to be here.

Eden Heights has professional and competent leadership staff. I visit my mom almost daily and find everyone caring and helpful. My mom loves it there.

We were very pleased with everything at Eden Heights. They went out of their way to make the transition work the best for us and them.There were a couple of issues prior whether or not it was going to work for my husband to stay there, and they did everything they could to make it work. I felt very comfortable leaving my husband in their capable hands. The facility was exceptionally clean and each person who worked there was so helpful, and friendly.
