PositiveFrom touring the facility to check-in, the transition and communication was flawless. The director of operations was very thorough and even visited my mom prior to moving day so she could introduce herself. Since move in day, communication has been excellent and my mom is treated like family. I highly recommended the facility to care for your loved ones.
★★★★★
PositiveIt appears they really care about the well-being of the residents at Diamond Oaks.

PositiveI can't say enough good things about Diamond Oaks Residential Care in Roseville. From the moment we walked in, it felt like a second home for my grandma. The staff are incredibly caring and experienced—over 30 years in the field says it all. What really touched us is their family-centric approach; they make you feel like you're part of their family, not just another resident. Positive5 out of 5 for all. They are really amazing. They're very kind and truly care about the people they care for. They let us know of any changes that are occurring. Super clean home. Always welcoming when people visit. I definitely highly recommend Diamond Oaks.
★★★★★
PositiveThis is a large and clean throughout Care Home. Upon my visit to this home, holiday decorating was taking place. The Caregiver was very pleasant. This home is accommodating in all areas for what I think someone would be looking for, for a family member except 1 thing; no finger pricking for sugar testing. If that's something a family member doesn't need done, stop by and check them out.
★★★★★
PositiveThe caregivers are organized, kind and most have been there many years. The food is ok and they are accommodating when it comes to mom's diet. There is an activities director that comes a couple days a week and mom enjoys playing bingo as well as arts and crafts. The home is clean and I would recommend it. I also wanted to thank my advisor from A Place for Mom for their assistance in locating this care home. This is an all female home and mom seems to be fitting in well.
