Great choice

Residence manager is the best Never met administrative staff. They seem uncaring of us. Maintenance is not always available as there is not enough of them to go around. They care for skilled nursing, then assisted living and independent living comes last.. Activities are great. Housekeeping is great. Patio homes where we live are perfect size for two! About 1100 to 1200 square feet!!

A great choice

The residence manager is more than excellent- outstanding isn't even enough! The schedule of activities is varied and just right. On e can pick and choose what they want to engage in. Breakfast is provided daily and we love this! We prefer to cook any other meals on our own. Once a month, we have a community luncheon that out residence manager makes and he's an excellent chef!! We have weekly basic cleaning. We are in a 2 bedroom patio home with 1 1/2 baths and approximately 1200 square feet, which is perfect fo…

Our Vacation Home

All Straight 5's - this place is awesome. Patio homes - not apartments. No hallways, corridors. Home living! Well there's only 35 patio homes...we plan on staying in ours...lol We were on a waiting list for a year. Well worth the wait!

Amazing Experience

Really amazing. Staff has been unbelievably helpful and supportive and my loved one couldn't be happier after the transition. The only thing we can't really comment on is meals and dining, as that is not part of our loved ones plan at the independent living side.

Our Experience

My loved one had a brief rehab stay at Elderwood Residences of Cheektowaga. They took extremely good care of her. When I visited, everyone was friendly, and they all knew her by name. She was there due to wounds from a fall, and they took good care in healing those for her.
