Highly recommended

Moved my wife to Elderwood and she is content, the combative behavior she had at BD is gone. Elderwood is not as impressive as BD for facilities, meals but the care is far superior and that directly reflects the admin in the memory care unit. Did not want to move my wife but so glad I did. Difference of night and day in her life.

Positive experience but they still have some areas for improvement

Non-English speaking patients will have a more difficult time. They need better food. They also need more diversity with their activities. Not the same games over and over again.

Family friendly facility

What I like the most about Elderwood Village is that they have very friendly and are responsive to mom's needs. It is a nice facility and I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Do not go there. The nursing staff is terrible.

The DoN was confrontational, a bully, deceptive, and rather rude. She was extremely difficult to work with. It was her way or the highway. Asking any questions made her angry. Would Not Recommend for Seniors Needing a Little Help.
