The room sizes were small but everyone working there was friendly, the residents seemed relatively content. They seem to really care about the residents there.

PositiveMy wife received quality care from Emerald Oaks.
The coordinator helped set up hospice, which was very helpful as I was clueless to the process. The private room was large and clean and I was able to move my wife in there the same day. They also assisted me with transportation from a local service. The staff tried very hard to make sure my wife ate and I coordinated with them with foods that I brought from home that she liked. Staff was very helpful in my wife liked them very much. They treated her with dignity and respect.

PositiveMy Wife received excellent care from Emerald Oaks
EO got me a private room quickly on the new side; it was clean and smelled nice. There were up to 8-10 people in there at various times-pretty good size-and quiet. Staff was great and concerns were remediated quickly. They worked with the hospice nurse on meds. Nurses were attentive and made sure my wife was clean and changed her often. EO took care of all the hospice paperwork and even found me cheap medical transport from our house to their facility. Staff overall were great and let us stay all night if we wanted…

Family member has been there for many months. I find staff very friendly and kind. Care is good. Food is good as are alternatives that are offered. The housekeeping keeps facility very clean. Sometimes they work short if staff, but continue to give quality care. Family member like it here.
