The custom designed suites feature full kitchens, spacious walk-in closets, individual climate controls, granite countertops, and washer/dryers hook-ups. Monthly rents are competitive within the local market, while not subject to long-term leases or upfront buy-in requirements. The stunning main dining room is the setting for taste-tempting meals prepared each day by our chef in our first class commercial kitchen. Gracious common areas are ideal for gathering with friends and neighbors. The Emerald Oaks theater provides movies and other varied entertainment. Take care of business at the in-house bank, gift shop, or schedule transportation to take you where you need to go. You can even accommodate visiting friends and family in our guest suite.

PositiveI took two weeks and shopped eight places. I found that the less expensive were not very good, and the more expensive were no better; some were actually worse. Lived here seven years and still very happy. Would not consider moving elsewhere! Beautiful and clean with great fun daily activities, food, and staff. Residents are respected and encouraged to be active and participate in as many activities as they are able. I cannot say enough! If you’re looking for the best place to retire in San Antonio, you’ve found it!

PositiveI appreciate having a washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen in my apartment. Also, I like the independent living situation but know if I need help I will receive it immediately. I have an emergency call button that I wear around my neck. I've fallen twice and help showed practically immediately. Meals can be delivered if requested and they have 24/7 snack bar. Also, in-house PT is available. I'm happy with the size of my one bedroom unit. The kitchen cabinets are more than I need. A little more storage space fo…
