PositiveAn exceptional experience
I would give them a 5. I was in property management for almost 20 years and my first impression was wonderful. The whole staff was very attentive and still is as we prepare mom to go back home. I wish she had decided to stay because I didn't have to worry about her falling and being all alone.

PositiveVery friendly staff and beautiful facility
My parents were very comfortable there and well taken care of. It was a temporary arrangement, but the staff went over and above to get them in and settled. Thank you!! My mom has Crone's Disease and has a very restrictive diet of gluten free and certain other food additives give her issues. They tried their best to accommodate her needs, but sometimes left her with very few alternatives. But I know they did their best

We had an unexpectedly brief experience with Eskaton Lodge, and I credit the director at the time for making it such an amazing experience. The staff was so gracious, loving, and helpful to my dad! Although he was only able to spend 3 days at the community because of a sudden illness, he described it as "three days of heaven!"
