CriticalOur family's experience
There are very few activities. The activity calendar is full but most of the activities listed are canceled. The food is fair but they never have enough caregivers to help with dressing and showers. There is no longer a nurse on staff and the director doesn't listen to the residents.

My mother moved into Esplanade Gardens this past December. From day one the staff has treated us as family. They are kind, helpful, compassionate, and well trained. They know if she doesn't go down to the dining room, and they check on her. The staff all know the residents names and are considerate and caring. My mother has become happy there and she was against moving to assisted living in the beginning.
