Evergreen Court Assisted Living is a 6 private bedroom facility located in the heart of Fresno. It features spacious 6 private rooms with bathrooms, a huge central living room and a dining room situated in the Fig Garden area. Our nurturing and skilled staff provide personalized care for 24/7 with daily living activities for the elderly. Services included but not limited to: -Medication Management -Incontinence Care -Memory Care -Alzheimer Care -Well balanced and nutritious meals and snacks -Laundry Services -Comcast Cable -Wifi -Grooming including showers -Coordination with Hospice agencies -Medical and Medicare patients -Personalized care plan -Onsite Physician, physical therapist and other skilled professionals Spacious backyard is used by residents for gardening or simply enjoying the sunshine with their family during visits.
