Spotlessly clean, beautiful facility. kind & caring personnel, residents appear to be happy, very positive experience. If the time comes for our Dad, we’ll come to Fairhaven.

Overall would recommend.

My overall experience with A Place for Mom was a 5 of 5. They worked with me on mom's needs and budget. We were able to place mom at Fairhaven in Denton. Within a mile of my home. I am still impressed with the entire staff and directors. Everyone knows my mom and me, I'm able to walk in and check on mom through the staff. They have taken time to get to know her and her habits and preferences. They all take time to check on her and visit. She feels at home there and is pleased that no matter what her care needs are …

New owners and new staff.

Our experience under the previous ownership was 4. We can't really speak to the current ownership since most of the staff changed. The main complaint we had was due to the food quantity and quality.

When a property has new ownership, I know everyone wonders what the new owners will be like; will things get worse or better, will prices go up, .... I assure you our goal is to care for our residents as if they were our own family. The only staff that changed was the Executive Director and the Sales Director. The previous Director chose to stay with the previous owners and the Sales person had already decided to move on prior to the change being announced. Please feel free to join us for a meal or just come by to get to know us. Thank you for the review!

Review for Fairhaven Denton

They make strong efforts to keep the entire campus peaceful. There is longevity and consistency in senior onsite staff/management. The facility has private bathrooms and kitchenettes. Few enough residents that staff builds relationship with residents and small staff means staff has deeper relationships and good rapport.

Fairhaven Denton

I love the overall care my mom gets from the admin and staff. The workers there are consistent and no turnover. They spend time with mom and actually know her.
